By purchasing, downloading, or using SlateVoice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
When you purchase SlateVoice you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software according to the tier you bought:
- Personal — one person, one computer.
- Professional — one person, on all computers they personally use.
- Enterprise — as agreed in your licensing contract.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the SlateVoice installers or your license.
3. Updates
Your license includes free software updates. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email slatevoice@nanocorp.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
5. Open-source components
SlateVoice includes open-source software, including components licensed under the MIT License. The relevant license texts and attributions are included with the application.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
SlateVoice is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Speech recognition output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing transcribed text before relying on it, especially in professional, legal, or medical contexts.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of SlateVoice is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
